Elastobol Fly

The use of Elastobol Fly knee-high stockings is primarily recommended during long journeys (especially flights), as they can significantly reduce the risk of developing deep vein thrombosis during travel. During long trips by car, train, or plane, lack of physical activity and the compression of veins while sitting slows the return of blood to the heart. This can lead to blood clots forming in the leg veins, which may completely block blood flow or, later, be dislodged by increased blood pressure and, in the worst case, reach the lungs, causing pulmonary embolism—the most common complication of thrombosis.

The Elastobol Fly anti-embolism knee-high stockings use graduated compression, which decreases from the ankle upwards, to promote blood flow back to the heart, reducing the risk of thrombosis and making long journeys more comfortable.
